1. Do you ship?

  Yes! We are a screen print and embroidered shop based out of Asheville, North Carolina but we can ship anywhere! We do not cover shipping costs.

2. What is your turn around time?

  Currently we are at a 2 week turn around time but that is subject to change.

3. What fees are associated with an order?

  We have a $25 screen fee per placement per color. It is a one time fee so if you re-order, there won't be a fee! If you need an ink color change there is a $10 fee per change.

4. Can we bring our own garments?

  Yes. We require a $250 contract print minimum. Inquire for more details.

5.  What kind of files do you need?

  SVG or PDF is preferred. Art fees will start at $35 an hour if you don't have those files. 

 

6. Do you have a shirt minimum?

  Yes, or minimum is 12 garments. But that can be split up over shirts, sweatshirts, long sleeves etc. 

 

7. How and when do I pay?

  You will receive an invoice and digital mockup. Orders will not go into production until the invoice is paid in full.
